The Packer will be responsible for packing orders in our Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center Pack Out Stations utilizing our Flagship system. All new hires in hourly positions are placed in a 90-day Introductory period addressing safety, conduct, attendance, quality, and productivity after which they will be evaluated for continued employment. In this function, you will: Utilize packing slips to generate and print move tickers, break down materials, sort styles, verify counts, and restock warehouse locations using RF scanners. Verify styles and quantities of picked materials, visually inspect products, scan and place them in shipping cartons. Add packing material to prevent damage, and place packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as needed. Resolve discrepancies. Research all possible solutions to ensure order is accurate. Maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, report unsafe acts, and perform work of equal of lower classification if necessary. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
