Responsibilities

• Operate a manual packaging line to ensure quality laminate flooring products and moldings.
• Comply with all company safety rules and procedures.
• Build boxes around laminate flooring planks using repetitive hand motions at the assigned speed.
• Climb ladders to pull products up to 7 feet high.
• Pick orders and push carts using the CMAS system at the assigned speed (100LPH).
• Perform a 100% audit for each piece to verify the correct SKU.
• Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by the assigned work schedule.
• Replenish and stage packing line materials (boxes, pieces, tape, and hex comb).
• Utilize a computer to complete orders and create labels in CAMS.
• Shrink wrap and palletize finished packaged products.
• Attend job-related training as deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
