Packer/ Picker
About The Position
Duties & Responsibilities: Select and retrieve order items from storage shelves or designated locations by using barcodes, serial numbers, SKU, etc. Picked items along with the tray can vary between 15-50 lbs. The tray must be picked up from table and set to cart for distribution Update stock inventory after retrieving picked items Managing stock control, including item replenishing and storage Perform general warehouse duties when necessary. Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Understand and read basic English because the picking sheets are in English. Must be able to multitask. Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form is required Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions Physical Demands and Work Environment: The employee frequently is required to walk or stand for long periods of time. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
