About The Position

As a Thermoforming Packer, you will work under the direction of the Supervisor and be responsible for safely and efficiently packing thermoformed trays. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. You will collaborate with multiple teams and consistently monitor product quality while maintaining high standards of organization and workmanship.

Requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, operations, or related field work
• demonstrate a strong “get-it-done” mindset with urgency in completing tasks
• can work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
• are reliable, proactive, committed, and quality-focused
• can lift 25 to 50 pounds as needed
• work well in a fast-paced team environment
• can perform repetitive duties including stair climbing and prolonged standing
• can work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• working knowledge of products and quality requirements (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Work at a fast, consistent production pace
• Pack a wide variety of products and materials
• Remove products from the line and visually inspect them to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Complete all duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Support TOPPAN’s quality and safety policies
• Assist in other departments as needed, including palletizing, labeling, and warehouse operations
