Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for packing patties and keeping scraps cleaned off the line, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Pack patties within department specifications. Must be willing and able to: Recognize products that may not meet standards. Slide packed patties onto conveyor line. Keep fresh scrap patties off the line. Keep patties lines even and take doubles off the line. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Must be able to follow production schedule and Plant Manufacturing Instructions Be able to adhere to Standardized Work Practices. Perform various other tasks assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Manager. Be willing and able to communicate effectively with company employees at all levels of management. Must be able to lift/carry up to 49 pounds. Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for minimum of 8 hours. Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
