Management Level: Class 2 Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's Hours - 4:00 pm - 1:00 am Pay - 21.70/Hr. plus 1.00 shift differential POSITION SUMMARY: Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for packing patties and keeping scraps cleaned off the line, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Load patties within department specifications. Recognize product that may not meet standards. Slide packed patties onto conveyor line. Keep fresh scrap patties off the line. Keep patties lines even and take doubles off the line. Set up area with all needed equipment. Perform minor maintenance on equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead Person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be willing and able to clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
