About The Position

Job Details: Starting pay rate : $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM to production end) This position is responsible for packing finished product into boxes, onto trays, into plastic bags, operating a sealer to seal plastic bags and making boxes. This position will be exposed to a cold work environment with temperatures ranging from -10 to 55 degrees in the production area to an environment that is tied to what the weather outside is (rain, heat, cold, insects) , wet conditions, slippery floors in some areas, concrete floors and noise levels that are loud enough to require hearing protection. Willing and able to lift, push, pull up to 95 lbs and stand for up to 8 to 12 hours. Willing and able to operate equipment necessary to all positions in the production area (forklift, votator, box fill, box machine, raker, floor support, data collector, high pressure wand, etc). Willing and able to drive the forklift within 4 weeks in the plant in all areas. Willing and able to learn shipping process of short weights computer work and talking on a radio to truck drivers when filling in. Willing and able to learn EIM, computer, inventory. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
