About The Position
Food Production - Packer Labor PR01 - Full Time - Enid, OK 73701 These positions start at $17/HR and a shift differential of $.65/HR for 2nd shift. This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have been in their current position 6 months, to transfer to another shift, line, or facility.
- Must have been in their current position 90 days to promote.
- FOR ALL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able and willing to reach high and low levels, frequently.
- Must be able and willing to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute).
- Must be able and willing to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able and willing to work in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Must be able and willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
