POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack quality product and assist operators in maintaining a safe work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria. Closely monitor all film for conformance to specifications. Ensure that quality issues are resolved and communicated quickly and effectively, to minimize negative impact. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

- Pack Finish Goods to Correct Procedure
- Wrap up removal idle rollers
- Packaging material over 5’ Hand tools
- Machine knowledge
- Boxing, accounting, and weighing of scrap
- Train packer C Assist packer A
- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace
