About The Position
The position involves loading plastic containers to filling machines according to manufacturing instructions, assembling plastic containers and closures, and manually placing labels on containers and packaging material for identification. The role requires visual inspection of finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards, packaging of finished goods in individual or bulk packers, and palletizing shippers containing finished goods. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and compliance with company safety regulations is essential. The employee will also follow departmental procedures (SOP) and communicate any production issues to machine maintenance and quality assurance staff. Additionally, the employee is expected to advise the Line lead or Production Supervisor of any issues that may adversely affect the quality of finished goods, along with other responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
