About The Position

The Packaging position at Fastenal involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment to facilitate the movement of products throughout the distribution center. Responsibilities

• Packaging customer orders by hand or machine
• Inspecting product for quality and accuracy
• Using a scale for weighing product
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Complying with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety, and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
