Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in equipment validation or automation in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with IOQ, OQ, PQ protocols and documentation.
• Experience with Cognex vision systems, collaborative robotics, and packaging automation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for new and existing equipment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, PM procedures, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize: Material cleaning systems Collaborative robots (e.g., automated palletizers) EFD lubrication systems Cognex vision systems for inspection and label verification
• Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of: Automated Box Erectors Zebra printers and label applicators Semi-Automatic Case Formers and Sealers Checkweighers Automated Stretch Wrappers
• Conduct equipment characterization and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
