Packaging Technician
About The Position
Manhattan Project Beer Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our packaging team. The packaging technician is responsible for operating all packaging equipment and working closely with other team members to complete all packaging tasks. This position is full-time, with opportunities for overtime. Reports to the packaging and warehouse manager. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production brewery required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including canning and kegging.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
