JOB SUMMARY

Responsible and accountable for set-up, operation of machinery. Responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. With direction from supervisor responsible for established machine and shift productivity, quality, and yield requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow direction and work with Standard Operating Procedures.
• 0 to 1 years’ experience in a production environment
• Clear command of the English language both verbal and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all LOTO locations and what actions require LOTO
• Maintain line operations with direction from supervisor
• Independent operation of either knife or filler
• Complete all production paperwork with minimal direction and minimal required corrections
• 5S Participation
• Demonstrate they can work safely following rules and regulations
• Clear understanding of SOP’s, GMP’s, Allergens, HACCP, Food Defense, Color Code, Documentation, Log Books, Hand Washing, Uniform and Locker policy once fully trained and onboarded.
