About The Position

Load cheese onto conveyors for packaging. Remove cheese from brine cages and stack boxes on pallets neatly. Construct boxes, pack product, and prep rejected cheese for repackaging. Inspect product and packaging for defects; rerun through metal detector if needed and report issues. Perform sanitation tasks and keep work areas clean. Assist in other production areas and help train new staff. Minimize water use and follow all GMP, safety, and food quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have a consistent work history and recent experience in food industry packaging.
