Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday, with mandatory OT as needed)

The Role: Leading the Line
As our Packaging Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our 2nd-shift operations. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you'll be on the floor, solving problems in real-time, mentoring your team, and ensuring our high-quality products are packaged efficiently and safely.
Your Core Impact:
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day production process, ensuring lines run at peak efficiency to hit our daily goals.
Safety Stewardship: Act as a champion for safety by enforcing PPE usage, conducting "NIP point" training, and leading daily safety talks and stretches.
Technical Oversight: Manage the setup and function of high-tech machinery, from slicers and roll stock machines to metal detectors and palletizers.
Team Development: Onboard and cross-train new hires in a fast-paced environment, keeping the team motivated and professional.
Problem Solving: Identify mechanical or productivity bottlenecks. If a machine is down for more than 30 minutes, you are the lead on escalation and resolution.

Requirements
