This is a temporary position, reporting to the Director, Marketing. The role will partner closely with across Category Management, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to champion growth initiatives across go-to-market channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Excellent proactive written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes initiative to advance objectives without waiting for explicit instructions
  • Ability to manage several project concurrently, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review and provide final approval for packaging proofs, ensuring accuracy in labeling, nutritionals, imagery, and adherence to print guidelines.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for technical documentation, creating and implementing material codes for packaging in SAP.
  • Manage packaging development projects from concept to execution, coordinating with Marketing, QA, R&D, and vendors to ensure timely launches.
  • Manage relationships with packaging vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budgets.
  • Monitor and apply regulatory changes (FDA, USDA, organic, non-GMO) to product packaging.
