The role offers the opportunity to office remotely (when needing to work in the office), however we will also go into our office for meetings and as needed. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate on their own to the market where the position is posted. Our Purpose: to lead the transition to a more sustainably packaged future.

Requirements

  • Packaging Experience preferred but not required
  • Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college, continuing education and/or training required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in new sales/business development
  • Ability to use and create customer presentations, quotes, proposals, value logs, etc
  • Excellent organization & communication skills; internal and external
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relations with customers
  • Team player with ability to multi-task without compromising accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Generating new leads by researching networking, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Increasing revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts
  • Executing sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts
  • Assisting clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains
  • Understanding complex requirements from customers for preparation of packaging solutions and quotes
  • Managing customer projects in various industries such as Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, etc
  • Educating clients on the latest innovations within our industry
  • Working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to create a positive customer experience that results in repeat business
