About the position

The Packaging Sales Representative will drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients in the corrugated packaging sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance packaging operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the packaging industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corrugated packaging market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's corrugated box products and services.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, customization options, and packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of developer experience
  • Knowledge of Jira, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Java, Angular 8-13, SQL
  • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages and API usage.
  • Strong understanding of web sessions, cookies and cache management.
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser capability, general web functions and standards
  • Front-end development skills
