We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Packaging Consultant to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that drive customer success. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to reside in or near the Phoenix, AZ area.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to business development and sales success.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred.
  • Previous cold-calling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth goals.
