The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and direct the project management function for the high performing Marketing Services Packaging team. This position partners closely with Packaging Engineers on the team and owns the end-to-end delivery of the packaging commercialization process, ensuring projects move efficiently from initiation through production release. This role is accountable for the successful execution and completion of all assigned packaging projects, including coordination of packaging engineering resources and cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle and include, but are not limited to: part number creation, BOM development and management, SAP data extraction, Oracle PLM activities, new SKU creation oversight, development of data-driven reports and tools, stakeholder communication, and comprehensive project tracking through final production delivery. The individual will serve as the subject matter expert for the packaging commercialization process, driving process discipline, establishing timelines, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. This role is responsible for tracking key metrics, communicating progress and risks, and continuously informing and aligning the organization on packaging processes and standards. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience leading large, complex, end-to-end initiatives, delivering results through strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution.
