About The Position
As the Procurement Manager of Packaging, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement and drive the national sourcing strategy for KIVA's packaging needs. This individual is a cross functional leader, interfacing with Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and Operations to create a world class Supply Chain strategy that mitigates risk and drives consistent quality and cost efficiencies through powerful rapport-building and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will have a strong business acumen, prior packaging experience, and the ability to interface with various functional teams (internal and external) in order to develop and implement processes in an ambiguous problem space. MUST have a MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND with PACKAGING EXPERIENCE.
