Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Must be able and available to work from 5AM to 12AM (depending on assigned shift), including weekends/overtime.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated.
• Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reads and compares numbers on work orders to ensure correct parts are being packed.
• Inspects for damages to ensure customers are receiving quality parts.
• Operates equipment such as computers, tape guns, automatic tape machines, poly baggers, foam & oiler machines to fulfill daily demands.
• Packs replacement parts according to the work order status.
• Bags/boxes, packing material and labels.
• Ensures correct quantity of parts are being produced.
• Ensures work orders are complete and correctly filled out.
• Fills out RTS forms for any parts that need to be returned to stock.
• Correctly palletizes finished product from line to proper skid.
• Maintains daily production sheets to ensure attainment of daily productivity goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
