About The Position
Our Boston Packaging Operator's stand at the core of what we do as a brewery! By being a member of our hard-working packaging team, you will be ensuring that the quality and quantity of B1C products meet our highest standards before being sent to our wholesalers and customers. We are welcoming any and all experienced techs to join our team! Barrel One Collective has an excellent training program with amazing opportunities for growth and development! There's probably a lot that you don't know about the people behind what it takes to create some of your favorite beverages. Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer
- Attention to detail
- Technically savvy
- Must have a valid U.S. dirvers licenscee
Responsibilities
- Perform machine adjustments and maintenance tasks daily
- Address product quality issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate logs
- Contribute to a positive work environment
