Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Must have the ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel.
• Capable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stages and blends ingredients, packages products, and COPs all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods.
• Follows established procedures to achieve QC approved products.
• Performs daily set up, cleaning and operation of powders packaging, cultures packaging, and liquid packaging equipment.
• Performs daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment, (screen checks, metal detector, and tool check list) and understands the important of this checklist.
• Issues and receipts materials in SAP.
• Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual.
• Follows GMP program and rules.
• Operates forklift per training procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
