Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey?    Packaging Operator – Future Opportunities (Rotating 12-Hour Shifts)- Night Shift  We are accepting applications for future Packaging Operator openings at our pasta manufacturing facility. Candidates will be considered for positions working a rotating 12-hour schedule (2-2-3) as openings become available. Position Overview As a Food Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in safely and efficiently packaging food products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred (not required—we’ll train the right holiday helper!)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
  • Dependability and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to meet production goals
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and food safety standards
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate records for packaging runs and production counts
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
  • Support a collaborative environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
