Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of manufacturing experience
• Basic math, ability to count quickly and correctly
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Understanding and following department general standard operating procedures and standard operating procedures, product standards, process standards and test standards as required
• Counting or weighing items as required
• Checking quality of items according to visual standards
• Packaging test pack products to include counting and collating, wrapping and case packing of test packs
• Catching and stacking laminated sheets from the laminator auto-cutter
• Understanding and following lot numbering systems and component segregation
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
