About The Position

ï Run mechanical hoppers and grinding operations, including routine cleaning of equipment. ï Responsible for operating in the work areas in conformance to CGMP Q7A operating procedures and requirements. ï Receive packaging supplies into storage area. ï Inspect all packaging supplies for defects and reject any unsatisfactory material. Maintain record of inspections and rejections. ï Fill packages to desired weight and check weigh each package. ï Carefully clean all packages. ï Sample final product packages according to SOP and deliver samples to QC/QA. ï Maintain high standards of cleanliness in packaging area, including cleaning work areas following packaging each lot. ï Move containers and carts containing multiple packages from one area of operation to another. ï Maintain quarantine and approved areas for material. ï Prepare shipments and load material for orders. ï Prepare samples for customers. ï Work safely in all activities. Follow all plant safety policies and procedures. Encourage fellow employees in maintaining safe operations and a safe workplace. Report and help to correct any violations of plant safety policies. ï Follow all plant security policies. Always protect confidential company information. ï Assist in the training of new employees. ï Participate in ongoing training programs as directed by supervision. ï Participate in investigation of any process deviations, upsets, or unintended events as requested by supervision. ï Maintain production records in MES system. ï Scan all finished product movement in MES system. ï Print and distribute Bill of Ladings according to SOP. ï Inspect, accept/reject trucks and trailers for CGMP compliance. ï Perform cycle count and physical inventories as scheduled. ï Back fill for Utility Operator and Receiving Operator positions as needed, see the appropriate job descriptions for the details. ï Work overtime as needed to maintain plant operations. ï Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills: o Emotional Empathy o Positive Attitude o Excellent Communication Skills o Flexibility / Adaptability o Interpersonal Skills
