As a Packaging Operator , you’ll help ensure our food products are packed safely, accurately, and efficiently—ready to be enjoyed at holiday tables across the country. You’ll operate packaging equipment, monitor product flow, maintain quality standards, and keep our lines running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
  • Dependability and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred (not required—we’ll train the right holiday helper!)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to meet production goals
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and food safety standards
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate records for packaging runs and production counts
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
  • Support a collaborative environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
