About The Position

Shift Schedule: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm As a Packaging Operator provides Mars with the knowledge and skills to effectively and safely package the converted raw materials to high quality finished product according to Quality standards and production schedule. This is to provide our customers with the proper product at the appropriate destination in a timely and cost-effective manner. What are we looking for? Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above Excellent Written and Spoken English Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment Mechanical background desirable but not essential What will be your key responsibilities? Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing hall Be responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP packaging score Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard Actively participate in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance What can you expect from Mars? The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above
  • Excellent Written and Spoken English
  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
