As a Thorne Packaging Operator, you will be joining a team of more than 650 passionate individuals committed to our cause of providing superior health solutions. A day in the life of a Packaging Operator at Thorne requires becoming knowledgeable of the applicable provisions of the Production Department's Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). You will need to remain knowledgeable on an ongoing and timely basis as changes in the SOPs and GMPs occur. You will commit to the Packaging Credentialed Training program where the proper operating knowledge, skills and experience are acquired to meet the high quality of proficiency. Your responsibilities will include quickly setting up all phases of the bottling/labeling equipment for smooth operation and maximum output, ensuring all parts are secured prior to run, and immediately notifying lead/supervisor of any machine problems or anomalies outside of normal operations that affect output and the well-being of the equipment or the quality of the product.
