About The Position

Your Impact:
Lead and oversee the packaging department of the facility.
Manage daily packaging tasks, including vape & pre roll filling, accurate labeling, weighing, and packaging with quality assurance
Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
Monitor and update inventory levels to align with production goals, customer orders, and sales data
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment
Continuously identify and implement improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and team engagement
