Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a packaging management role, preferably in the cannabis or food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of packaging processes, materials, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and packaging management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and best practices.
  • Previous experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the packaging team to ensure efficient and effective packaging operations.
