Details: This job is on site at our facility in Hinesburg, VT Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30pm Hourly rate starting from $19/hour Job Summary: The Packaging Machine Operator works as part of a team to prepare packaged goods. This team member efficiently operates machinery specific to the department, adhering to safety protocols, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality products while minimizing waste.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent.
Experience working in a production environment, ideally with food or involving mechanical equipment is preferred.
Problem solving abilities.
Effective communication.
Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the packaging process.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to CGMP guidelines.
Assemble and fabricate packaging materials as needed.
Package finished products according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete paperwork for operations and quality.
Utilize machinery to carry out tasks.
Work to mitigate safety risks.
