Looking for candidates with machine operator experience; Experience in running filling equipment, assembling and disassembling machines for cleaning. Responsibilities: Responsible for moving required materials from defined storage or staging areas to workspace using material handling equipment including manual and motorized pallet jacks/walkies. Packaging of final product into end-user containers per approved Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Keeps accurate logs (both written and on computer) following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Demonstrates ability to set-up, operate and clean production equipment including weighing scales, hand-filling equipment, Integrated Fill Lines (IFL) and Bagging equipment (SpeeDee & All-Fills). Requires monitoring of critical meters, gauges and displays for process parameters (ie. temperature, humidity, RPMs). Maintains accurate production records, which include operation/cleaning logs, batch history records, Label reconciliation, work order information and other pertinent data. Responsible for assuring final product is within final weight tolerance as specified per IMW A163. Use independent judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, trouble-shoot and problem solve in areas on set up, operations, and processes. Demonstrate the ability to maintain neat, accurate and complete records and logs and use calibration equipment and machine operations. Must follow all client and DCM safety policies and procedures. Must be able to work overtime as required to meet BD business requirements. Performs other duties as DCM operations required.
