About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team in Madera, CA . This role is responsible for operating packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating packaging or production machinery preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure safe and efficient production
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of packaged products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and GMP standards
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors promptly
