Requirements

Have experience in manufacturing or machine operation (or are just quick to learn and eager to grow)
Are comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Enjoy solving small problems quickly and keeping production moving
Like working on a team where everyone s got each other s back

Responsibilities

Run the machines, own the process You'll operate our packing machines like a boss, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and just the right amount of seasoning.
Pre-production prep Get machines ready before the shift starts and fine-tune them on the fly for different product runs.
Change it up Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.
Seasoning scientist Set and monitor the flow to make sure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.
Inspector mode: ON Manually check, inspect, and hand-pack bags to keep quality top-notch.
Box it, sticker it, ship it Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs like a packaging ninja.
Be a clean machine Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production-ready.
Safety + Food Quality = Always Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
