About The Position
Shearer's is the company behind all your favorite snack brands, producing over 800 million pounds of snacks per year. As a Packaging Machine Operator (PMO), you will be responsible for running, changing over, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines. The role requires effective communication with team members and supervision, as well as performing specific tasks on a computer throughout the shift. The PMO will set the example for the line, demonstrating leadership and teamwork while adhering to company policies and procedures.
