Requirements
- Detail Oriented: You have a strong focus on detail and a strong understanding of weights and measures.
- Adaptable & Agile: You can learn and apply new approaches quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Communicative: You possess good written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting company goals.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA rules and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and operate packaging and labeling equipment according to exact specifications.
- Perform essential tasks like inner casing, master packing, and loading cards and blisters with speed and accuracy.
- Understand our quality expectations (SOPs), verify the lot code on every product, and ensure all containers are perfectly finished.
- Use your entry-level troubleshooting skills to identify minor equipment issues and notify the appropriate personnel quickly.
- Maintain a firm understanding of and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices.
