About The Position

Shape what’s next in packaging at Novolex From foodservice to grocery and retail, Novolex builds the packaging that keeps everyday life moving. Our manufacturing and sourcing span resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—delivering 120 product categories across 250 brands and over 39,000 SKUs. Role: Packaging Line Associate — Plattsburgh, NY Pay: $22.33 per hour Schedule: 6:00pm–6:00am A day in this role You’ll be a key part of our operations team—ensuring materials enter machines safely and products leave the line ready for our customers. Feed material into production equipment while following all safety procedures. Inspect items for defects and pack finished goods to the correct configuration. Alert your Supervisor to any quality concerns as soon as they appear. Keep work areas clean and organized; thrive in a fast-paced setting. Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfort with basic math and the ability to follow standard work instructions.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Capability to meet physical requirements typical of warehouse/production work.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
