About The Position

The Inventory Control Manifestor at Seaboard Triumph Foods will oversee inventory control and distribution processes within the processing plant, focusing on packaging and ingredients. Responsibilities

• Receive all materials required for business into the Infor M3 system, ensuring proper traceability is maintained.
• Issue all materials required for business from the Infor M3 system, ensuring proper traceability is maintained.
• Ensure all inventory control policies, practices, and procedures are met and controlled daily.
• Monitor the inventory control system to ensure all receiving and issuance of materials is correctly performed.
• Effectively communicate and control inventory levels using a just-in-time purchase and delivery process.
• Provide written and verbal reports on all opportunities that occur in your area of responsibility, including actions taken to correct issues and recommended action plans with a timetable for achieving them.
• Interface with all departments to maintain positive relations, routinely seeking feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service provided.
• Develop a collaborative relationship with everyone to maintain good rapport for successfully accomplishing your job.
• Operate all tray former machines as required.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize proper personal equipment where/when required.
