About The Position

SUMMER 2026 PACKAGING INTERNSHIP The TOPPAN internship program is designed to “test the waters” of working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, establishing an understanding of TOPPAN’s culture and processes, as well as developing a business mindset. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work. Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere. Our Thermoformed and Flexible Packaging business serves North America, Latin America and Europe with 22 locations. We create and manufacture sustainable packaging solutions. Our customers span the food, retail, and medical sectors. Our packaging meets the needs of a wide range of applications including snacks, condiments, healthcare items, prepared meals, fresh produce, coffee, and pet food. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program studying packaging science, engineering or related field
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong hands-on attitude toward project work
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Lead a project focused on manufacturing process improvements and troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Responsible for writing procedures, assembling charts, diagrams, and directions for technical tasks
• Assist Technical Manager and other department employees with other duties as required
