About The Position
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety guidelines · Understand and follow Food Safety Policies · Ability to Pack on all Lines at the specified rate · Ability to palletize and make boxes · Ability to bend, scoop and stand for the entire shift · Be able to complete paperwork as needed for position · Train others as needed to increase their skill level · Relieve others as needed, assist or fill in for Operators · Ability to assist in other departments · Ability to clean and organize work areas · Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
Requirements
- Must have experience in packing product
Nice To Haves
- Must be able to communicate with others as well as management
- Must have understanding of FDA guidelines and company policies.
- Mathematical skills
- Bilingual is preferred
