About The Position

As a Packaging Engineering Co-Op at nVent, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and personal growth. You will conduct and manage packaging testing, trials, and analyses to validate and advance packaging opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop packaging solutions that balance cost, quality, and delivery targets. Effective communication and documentation of your work, including test reports and CAD concepts, will be essential. You will also gain technical knowledge of various packaging materials and applications, leading multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while applying engineering principles and statistics to solve problems and make data-driven decisions. The Packaging Engineering Co-Op is located in Anoka, Minnesota, and offers a comprehensive training and development program, including on-the-job experiences and structured learning opportunities.
