About The Position
Seeking a Packaging Engineer to support the design, qualification, and deployment of innovative global packaging systems for pharmaceutical and combination products . The role involves developing and validating primary and secondary packaging solutions, authoring technical documentation, executing IQ/OQ/PQ and shipping qualifications, and supporting global change controls and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Packaging, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
- 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device packaging.
- Strong knowledge of packaging validation standards (ISTA, ASTM, ISO, USP, FDA).
- Familiarity with equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and design control for combination products.
- Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks, TOPS, MS Project, and technical documentation under GMP/GDP
Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify packaging systems for sterile, non -sterile, and combination products.
- Lead or support packaging validation activities (risk assessments, test protocols, reports).
- Evaluate new materials, packaging technologies, and sustainable solutions.
- Support global initiatives across Packaging Technology Centers.
