About The Position
As a Packaging Engineer, you will design and develop innovative packaging solutions for new and existing products, ensuring they are functional, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations. You will conduct rigorous packaging testing and validation to guarantee durability, safety, and performance during transportation and storage. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to source materials and optimize packaging processes, supporting sustainability initiatives by identifying and implementing eco-friendly packaging alternatives. Maintain documentation and specifications for all packaging components, troubleshoot packaging issues, and provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies.
