About The Position
The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for designing, qualifying, and releasing complete packaging solutions for various products within the Ink Supplies Operations group. This role involves collaboration with multiple business units and teams to lead packaging cost savings and efficiency initiatives, with a focus on smart packaging, security packaging, and sustainability. The engineer will apply their knowledge to solve complex business issues and may act as a project leader, guiding team activities and facilitating decision-making processes.
