As a Packaging Employee, you’ll support daily production by preparing, inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished products while following all food safety and quality requirements. You’ll be part of a collaborative operations team that values safety, consistency, and teamwork. Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
Basic math skills for counting and recordkeeping
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs regularly
Repetitive hand and wrist motions during packaging tasks
Work in a refrigerated, USDA‑inspected food production environment (PPE required and provided)

Nice To Haves

Prior food manufacturing or meat processing experience preferred (training provided)
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare finished products for packaging by clipping, peeling, delinking, and feeding product into packaging equipment
Properly place product into thermoforming packaging equipment according to specifications
Apply labels accurately, verifying correct product, weight, and date information
Box finished product following established case pack specifications
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements (HACCP, SQF)
Assist with sanitation and housekeeping at the end of production runs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Notify leadership of any safety, quality, or equipment concerns
