Position Overview: The Packaging Designer is a production-focused role supporting the Packaging team through design execution, print file preparation, and template development. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment
• High attention to detail, particularly with print and packaging assets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work

Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines
• Create digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval
• Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to support consistency and workflow efficiency
• Prepare and optimize print-ready packaging files in accordance with production and vendor specifications
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all packaging deliverables
• Organize and manage files, versions, and documentation across multiple active projects
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to support on-time and accurate delivery
