Your Mission Own setup and operation of folder-gluing equipment to deliver high-quality finished products Track machine performance in real time and tweak settings to maximize output Audit finished work to ensure every unit matches the spec sheet Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues quickly Team up with peers to achieve production targets and on-time delivery Keep your zone clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Document production data and promptly report any discrepancies to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical machine training
- Background as a Folder Gluer Operator or similar machinery experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfort reading job tickets and interpreting specifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to thrive independently and within a fast-moving team
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Background as a Folder Gluer Operator or similar machinery experience preferred
